Free migration, done for you

Send your current control panel login and the domain. We copy everything, test it on a temporary URL, and only change DNS once you confirm it looks right.

Emergency

Site down right now?

Call +256 753 089 742 and say "outage". It routes straight to the on-call engineer, not to a queue, at any hour.

What happens after you write.

No black hole, no ticket that sits unread over a weekend. This is the actual process.

01

It reaches a person

Every message lands with the on-shift engineer, not an inbox nobody owns. Outage calls interrupt whoever is on call.

02

We look before replying

If you are a customer, we check the server first, so the first reply contains a finding rather than a request for more detail.

03

You get a straight answer

Including when the answer is that a cheaper plan suits you better, or that the problem is not on our side.

04

It stays fixed

We verify the fix, tell you the root cause, and where it affected others, publish it on the status page.

Before you write

Answers that might save you a message.

How fast is support, really?
Median first reply is around 30 minutes across all channels, measured over the last 90 days. Outage calls are answered immediately by the on-call engineer. We publish these numbers because a support promise you cannot check is just marketing.
What payment methods do you accept?
MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard. International customers can pay by card in USD. Invoices are issued before payment, not after.
Can I visit the data centre?
The Kampala facility can be toured by appointment for dedicated and colocation customers, subject to the operator's security procedures. Ask and we will arrange it.
Do you work with organisations outside Uganda?
Yes. A good share of our customers are elsewhere in East Africa or in the diaspora. Billing, support and documentation are in English and we quote in USD on request.
